February 23, 2004 SAN FRANCISCO: The Bateman Group has opened its doors in the Bay Area, focusing on infrastructure and emerging tech companies. The new firm already has clients including Aspect Communications, which develops contact center technology. Other clients include Vitria Technology, TimesTen, and Bluewave Networks. Before starting his own firm, founder Fred Bateman was an independent consultant and, before that, an SVP with FitzGerald Communications' Silicon Valley office.
