While at the Bateman Group, she has pulled on her strong writing capability to develop an unmatched specialty driving speaking, awards and contributed article programs for clients such as Aspect and TIBCO Software. Prior to joining the Bateman Group, Shannon worked with Kickstart Consulting supporting PR programs for a variety of early-stage technology start-ups.
