Shannon Takaoka

Shannon Tahaoka has more than 12 years of public relations experience, mainly focusing in the enterprise software and supply chain technology sectors. While at the Bateman Group, she has used her persuasive, compelling writing style to deliver unheard of results for her clients through their executive speaking, awards and contributed article programs. Most recently, Shannon has managed these core programs for Aspect Software, TIBCO Software and Platform Computing.
Prior to joining the Bateman Group, Shannon worked with Kickstart Consulting supporting PR programs for a variety of early-stage technology start-ups. From 1995-1999, she was an account executive at Communications West, a San Francisco-based public relations and advertising agency. Prior to that, she worked at Susan Davis International, a public relations and special events firm in Washington, D.C.
